I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), exposure response prevention (ERP) for anxiety, mindfulness and motivational interviewing (MI). Prior to being a therapist, I worked 15 years as a school counselor and special education case manager and know how to navigate the school system.
As a clinical social worker, I specialize working with adults, children and teens through the different transitions and stages of life. I provide a safe, empathic and strength-based therapeutic environment using person-centered therapy . We will work together to meet your goals and return to a healthier emotional space.
