(and singles exploring sexuality) I have learned all the major couples therapy styles and more. I also work with individuals who are experiencing little to no sex drive or sexual blocks on topics such as body image, shame, consent, attraction, arousal, confidence, trauma & pleasure. My approach is experiential and somatic; it's not only about talking and homework. I help people have a new experience in session that is good and grounded in consent, respect, positivity and transformation.
All bodies welcome. Professional boundaries apply. All bodies deserve respect. All sexualities, genders, ethnicities & bodies welcomed and affirmed. Military families are also welcome! Rachelle can generally only see clients M-F in the morning, through lunchtime. Sometimes she can offer weekend mornings (when not already booked). Sessions are ONLINE only.
I also have extensive experience providing an accelerated dynamic and experiential therapy (aedp) that transforms trauma, chronic depression, anxiety, grief, feelings of emptiness, rejection and abandonment. Sensuality and Sexuality for Women
For women to have a safe place to explore sensuality and sexuality. Through discussions, movement and breathwork Women (all those that identify as women) are invited into a safe space with me as their guide to move and to find their sensual pleasures. Sensuality can include anything that involves our senses. Maybe women live in the world with body shame, feel the expectations of others or have experienced unwanted touch. Now is the time to come together and to feel your internal energy and eros. Days/time flexible (depending on participant interest). ONLINE 1.5 hours long.
