Welcome! Therapy can be a meaningful place for you to feel safe, supported, and understood. I work with teens adults who may be navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in health and wellness, I believe you already have strengths and wisdom within you. My role is to walk alongside you, offer compassionate support and practical tools, and help you reconnect with your own strength, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
Since 2008, I have supported individuals in managing stress and building resilience through holistic self-regulation tools and health education. With roots in the Pacific Northwest, my work has been grounded in a whole-person approach to wellness. Since 2021, I have focused primarily on providing outpatient psychotherapy to teens, adults, and families.
I support people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, big life changes, and stress. My goal is to make therapy a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment. Everyone’s story matters, and I work hard to meet people with respect, openness, and cultural awareness.
