As the owner of True Life Counseling, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained Life Coach with over ten years of experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families and adolescents. My experience includes life and wellness coaching, individual and family counseling, substance abuse treatment, and crisis counseling.
