Hello, and welcome! My name is Rachelle, and I am a holistic and integrative, neuro-psychotherapist, and trauma specialist. I work with a wide variety of clients, symptoms, and challenges, while addressing all aspects of biological, neurological, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. I take a compassionate and nurturing approach to cultivate a safe space for you. Together, we will explore underlying beliefs, emotions, relationships, and distressful experiences, to ultimately address the root causes of challenges, behaviors, and perspectives. My goal for our work is for you to achieve inner healing and a fulfilling life.
I use a mix of Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions, while drawing on frameworks of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and Polyvagal Theory. I further utilize qEEG brain assessments and neurotherapy services to address optimal brain and mental health (optional).
By using various neuro-science, trauma-informed, and integrative services, my clinical approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each person I work with.
