I have had the honor of working with older adults, people with disabilities and their families in subsidized senior housing, home care and hospice since 2008. My experience supporting people navigate chronic illness, dementias, pain, substance use, grief and loss, medical and other traumas and stressors that come along with life across all types of backgrounds. Using a holistic variety of therapeutic approaches, my approach is to provide a compassionate, safe place where healing can happen. Healing is a process that looks different for each person (something I have to remind myself of!). I hope to be your partner in your journey.
