My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore how your life experiences have shaped you, identify the root causes of your struggles, and develop healthy, practical strategies for moving forward. I believe healing comes through greater self-awareness, learning to manage emotions effectively, and breaking unhealthy patterns. It is incredibly rewarding to watch clients find hope, strengthen relationships, achieve their goals, and build more fulfilling lives.
I use CBT and provide ADHD assessments and treatment. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, autism, BPD, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders, helping clients build practical skills for lasting change. Christian counseling is available.
