Therapy can provide a safe space to explore, reflect, heal, and work through challenges at your own pace. Like kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending with gold, we will work together to find healing and to build strength and resilience. I welcome the opportunity to incorporate faith and religious principles into therapy for those who find comfort and guidance in their beliefs. I specialize in working with Christian beliefs.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, behavioral addiction, relationship issues/couples and families, grief/loss, faith challenges, and life transitions. I am client-centered and use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.
