Hello! I'm Rachele, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost a decade of experience working with parents, young adults, and families. My journey in mental health has allowed me to support individuals through various challenges, including adapting to life changes, parenting hurdles, anxiety, depression, self-harming thoughts and behaviors, trauma and abuse history, family conflict, and ADHD.
