I bring a curious and warm approach to my work with clients, where I invite a kind of exploration and awareness that can lead to deeper self understanding, compassion, and a relief from unhelpful patterns. I work at your pace to build trust and a feeling of safety in the therapy room and provide a space where you can voice and sift through intrusive thoughts and feelings that you may not feel able to process elsewhere. My practice is primarily comprised of adults, teenage girls, young children and LGBTQ+ individuals.
I work through a psychodynamic lens, which explores and identifies the roots of the challenges you might be experiencing today, as well attachment theory, which takes your deepest relational patterns and their histories into consideration. I aim to create a partnership with my clients where we can both be curious and deeply reflective about their lives.
Self actualization is a unique process, and finding relief for the inevitable challenges life brings can look different each day.
