Recognizing the complexity of relationships, I offer specialized support to couples facing relationship challenges, whether on the brink of divorce, recovering from an affair, or navigating common issues like communication breakdowns. My compassionate, direct approach focuses on identifying patterns and processes, helping couples make lasting changes. I collaborate with both partners to develop strategies that repair and strengthen their bond. Additionally, I guide new parents through the pressures of parenthood, helping them manage differences in parenting while maintaining their well-being and supporting their child’s growth.

I focus on new parent adjustment, premarital counseling, perinatal mental health, and couples and families. With a direct and empathetic approach, I strive to help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships and family dynamics during significant life transitions.
