Hello! If you're an adult who is looking for ways to manage life on life's terms, you're in the right place. In my therapy practice, I help people like you address issues of burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, ineffective coping skills, stress, and low-self esteem among many other challenges.
I'm a somatic counselor, which means I use body psychotherapy as my primary approach. I use creative and alternative approaches to therapy as well as evidenced-based practices. You will use movement, writing, drawing, sound, breath, as well as tools from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior therapies.
I am passionate about renewing your hope that things can be different. Changes large and small are worth celebrating. I hope that you give yourself a chance to find out what life can be like without the limitations anxiety and stress cause. You can do this!
