As a graduate student clinical therapist, I am in my final year of study, working towards my mental health clinical licensure. I have specialized training in play therapy and am under clinical supervision with an on-site therapist at Creative Connections, as well as supervision from my graduate school supervisor. I understand that life can bring about tough times, but it’s important to remember that you don’t have to face them alone. I am here to assist you in exploring and processing your feelings in a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment.
Through a relational systems lens and a strengths-based perspective, alongside the application of play therapy, I am equipped to assist individuals in navigating the stressors and challenges encountered in life. My experience extends to working with couples and families who have faced trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, and a variety of other concerns.
I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. It’s important to create a connection of trust, safety, and respect. Contact me today and we can discuss how I can help you begin to take steps in your process of change.
