Moving out of long held patterns of how you show up in the world and how you feel your feelings (or don’t) can be scary and difficult, but you deserve to get unstuck. I work with individuals 16 and older navigating a wide range of challenges — trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, domestic violence, substance use, and the kind of deep, stuck patterns that feel impossible to move. I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds throughout my career.
I bring both clinical skill and genuine care to every session. My approach draws from CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy — always shaped by what you need and where you are.
