I am a licensed Psychologist with years of experience and a passion for helping individuals attain greater emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction. Through working together in a collaborative, supportive and safe therapeutic environment, I can help clients increase a sense of hope and gain new solutions, perspectives and modes of thinking about areas where they may be feeling stuck.

I have worked with preteens, teens and adults on a wide variety of issues. My specialties include treating anxiety-related conditions, depression and emotion dysregulation that may impact work, school, and relationships, and helping clients cope with and manage stress effectively.

I focus on gaining a holistic picture of my clients and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies. I also focus on nurturing areas of strength and resilience.
