No matter what, all of you is welcome here! I'm particularly good with folks with trauma, in the entertainment industry and chronic illness. I hold space for LGBQA/TGI+ folx, complex trauma, identity exploration, and high intellectualizers, as well as: Adolescents, ADHD, Anxiety, Avoidant Behaviors, Career Transitions, Ethical Non-Monogamy & Poly Relationships, Existential Issues, Improving Communication, Kink & Sex Positive exploration, Life Direction, Multicultural Relationships, Neurodiverse Relationships, PTSD, Quarter & Mid-Life Crises, Self-Image, Spirituality, Stress.
My guiding principles as a therapist and social worker are rooted in anti-oppressive practice, a person-in-environment framework, and a commitment to showing up authentically in the room. I understand each of us are not isolated individuals, but we are whole beings shaped by relationships, communities, institutions, and broader sociopolitical forces.
