At Headwaters Wellness, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, laid-back environment where you can share your story and find ways to heal and move forward. I work together with children, adolescents, women, and their families, creatively and holistically. What is your story? Are you looking to get back to your true self or reach your potential? Do you need help rewriting your story or simply help to be more gentle with yourself? The best investment is in yourself.
I utilize evidence based practices to treat women with fertility/assisted reproduction, miscarriage, postpartum support, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, post traumatic stress disorder and trauma. Using expressive art, music, & play therapy, I work with kids and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, school related issues, trauma, and more.
At Headwaters Wellness, I run an intentionally small practice to ensure each person I work with gets met with compassion, feels unhurried, and at ease. One of the most important factors of a successful therapy is to find a therapist that is a good fit, that you feel comfortable with, and that you can trust. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
