Hi there! I’m Rachel, the owner and sole clinician at Flourish Mental Health. It’s truly my passion to support individuals—children as young as 4, teens, and adults—as they work toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

I’m here to walk alongside you with support, insight, and encouragement. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood and connected. My approach is grounded in Person-Centered therapy, while also drawing from CBT, ACT, and Reality Therapy. With young children, I incorporate Play Therapy to support expression and growth.
