I specialize in helping you understand the roots of places where you feel stuck, and push for a life of wholeness and freedom. I understand how change happens—gradually, awkwardly, and mostly beneath the surface. I am passionate about working with those navigating disordered eating, body image, and weight concerns, as well as managing grief, relationships, and depression/anxiety. I am inspired by those around me who continue to show up and do their healing work, willing themselves to take up spaces where they have been scared to do so previously.
I have learned to be a scientist and not a judge, providing myself the grace to learn the lessons that life continues to teach. I love building relationships with others and would consider it an honor to have the chance to walk with you through this season of your life.
