My mission is to help others connect with, trust, and truly understand themselves—because when that happens, it naturally deepens their relationships with others and leads to a more fulfilling, peaceful life. I offer a personalized, client-centered approach tailored to each individual's unique needs, and I deeply value practicing what I encourage in others. I specialize in working with young adults (18+) through older adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, and who are ready to engage in the process of healing and personal growth.
My clients tend to be motivated individuals seeking to better understand themselves and move toward a more balanced and empowered life. I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, yoga-informed therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy, depending on your needs and goals.
I started my private practice with a clear intention: to keep my caseload balanced so I can show up fully for each person I work with. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—and that’s what I aim to offer. I approach every session with compassion, curiosity, and care. If you're feeling ready or even just curious, please reach out!
