I work with adults of all ages navigating different stages of life, academic pursuits, and professional careers, including mental health and medical professionals. Many are experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or the pressure of holding a great deal together for themselves and others while balancing demanding schedules and responsibilities. I offer virtual EMDR across Ohio, as well as EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in Bowling Green. My virtual approach provides the connection and sense of safety needed for lasting change without the added stress of commuting.
Many clients wonder if EMDR can be done effectively online—it can, when done intentionally.
I am trained in EMDR and in adapting trauma-informed approaches for secure, structured virtual sessions.
Sessions include resourcing, grounding, and pacing tailored for remote work so you feel supported—not overwhelmed.
You do not have to keep carrying everything on your own. Therapy can provide space to slow down, feel supported, and work through what has felt overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. If this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
