I am the owner of New Moon Counseling LLC which offers virtual individual counseling to adults in New Jersey and Florida. I have over 10 years experience working in the mental health field. My passion is to work with clients with ADHD, ASD, trauma, relationship stressors, LGBTQIA+ struggles, and chronic health issues.
I focus on evidence-based, somatic therapy in sessions. This type of therapy combines the mind, body, and spirit on a deeper level than other therapy techniques. Somatic therapy is helpful if you ever felt like talk therapy was not the right fit. My goal is to tailor treatment to what will be the most beneficial for you.
