I am a systems thinker who is a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist. I believe that healing is an inward process. Through the process of being curious and empathetic, one can integrate and expand a sense of self. I believe we learn about ourselves through our relationships and understand the feelings that arise as an opportunity for growth. I have explored many alternative healing and energy practices throughout my life. I draw on the interconnection of mind-body-spirit as a framework to help individuals strengthen self-awareness and gain clarity around challenging issues.
I have a strong interest in working with trauma, learning disorders, domestic abuse, parenting, life transitions, spirituality, anxiety, divorce, and blended families. My therapy approach is collaborative, holistic, and somatic-based. I have a master’s degree in Human Development, LMFT, certified in Brainspotting, trained in Reiki and somatic-base practices.
