In a safe environment, I support change by identifying and building upon the strengths of clients as individuals, couples, and in groups. I am passionate about working towards reducing the stigma surrounding mental and sexual health. As a therapist, the diverse clients I see address topics that are related but not limited to sexual trauma, couples work, LGBTQ+ concerns, kink and BDSM, non-traditional intimate relationships, and sexual wellness, education, and exploration. I aid in the development of skills to explore and challenge difficult emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that become a barrier to living a flourishing life.
I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and my goal in therapy is to empower and advocate for clients to live a healthy and functional life. I work with teens and adults to increase healthy sexual behaviors and understand the spectrum of sexuality and what it looks like to be living those values.
