I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience treating adolescents, adults, and couples. I practice in English, Spanish and French. My areas of expertise include life transitions, parenthood, relationships, and grief. Additionally, I have specialized experience supporting individuals and couples navigating bi/cultural identity exploration and interracial/cultural relationships. As a therapist, I create space for you to be wholly yourself, process difficult experiences and feelings, and develop coping strategies. My goal is to help you ease suffering, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and live by your values.

I am an active therapist who aims to be open, non-judgmental, and flexible. I tailor my interventions to your goals and needs. I lean on attachment and developmental theories, while incorporating skills from a number of evidence-based approaches: DBT, CBT and ACT. For couples, I draw from EFT, IBCT, The Gottman Method, and Object Relations Couples Therapy.
It is my privilege to support you through life's most challenging, and rewarding moments. Please reach out to set up a free consultation to learn more about me and how I work. I look forward to working together to help accomplish your goals.
