I am a licensed clinical psychologist that treats adolescents, adults, and couples. I practice in English, Spanish and French. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, transitions, parenting, relationships, and grief. I also see individuals and couples navigating bi/cultural identity exploration and interracial/cultural relationships. As a therapist, I create space for you to be wholly yourself, process difficult experiences and feelings, and develop coping strategies. My goal is to help you ease suffering, develop a richer understanding of yourself, and support you in living according to what matters most to you.
I am an active therapist who aims to be open, non-judgmental, and flexible. I tailor my interventions to your goals and needs. I lean on attachment and developmental theories, while incorporating skills from a number of evidence-based approaches: DBT, CBT and ACT. For couples, I draw from EFT, IBCT, The Gottman Method, and Object Relations Couples Therapy.
