My work is with adolescents, couples and adults coping with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD and ADD. It is not an easy process to find a therapist that offers the specific type of therapy you or your child needs. The "goodness of fit" between you and your therapist is essential for a successful therapy experience.

My style is eclectic, collaborative and caring. I view therapy as both an art and a science and custom make the sessions according to each persons individual needs. I offer a free in person or phone consultation for us to decide if we are a good match.
