I strive to work towards creating a space where you can radically accept where you are, while also working towards creating the life you want to live. A collaborative approach is used to explore developed patterns, emotional reactions, and instilled beliefs. Doing so can be an intimating yet a rewarding process, one I aim to walk alongside. I demonstrate a non-judgmental and supportive stance to assist you in identifying/strengthening your own internal resources.

My therapeutic work is grounded in trauma informed care, DBT, mindfulness, and the connection between the body and mind. Areas of care have been, but not limited to trauma and stressor related disorders, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and adjusting ways of coping.

I aim to create a space where you can feel seen and heard, to allow for healing and growth to flourish. I look forward to getting to know your authentic self.
