Hey! I'm so glad you're here. Do you know how brave you are? The courage it takes to begin counseling is remarkable and I applaud you. My passion is to work with moms. Whether you are a new mom, a seasoned mom, or have a desire to be a mom, I feel honored to be a part of your unique journey. I received training in perinatal mental health from PSI and am a certified EMDR therapist, specializing in trauma. Many of my clients are in the prenatal or postpartum period, healing birth trauma, have experienced infertility, miscarriage, and/or child loss, navigating multiple roles and relationships, and building self-worth and boundaries.
