I have nearly a decade of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and OCD. My goal is to understand each client holistically, recognizing the cognitive, emotional, and physiological elements of their experience, and from there create practical goals for lasting change.
I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to address anxiety, depression, and OCD, including CBT and ERP. I also specialize in working with clients on understanding and setting healthy work-life and relationship boundaries, managing stress, improving executive functioning, and processing life transitions.
It is my goal to help you experience freedom, hope and ultimately lasting change. Therapy works not only because of scientific evidence, it also works because it's a relationship.
