Now accepting new clients! I have a passion for working with children who have been through trauma, and who struggle with maladaptive behaviors, anxiety, ADHD, & relational issues. I also work with parents to build knowledge, communication, & a plan that works for both child & parent.

Counseling is an experience that works best tailored to the client. Children express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through play. That is why play is often integrated into our time. I also work with adults strughling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, & parenting. We will work together to find healthy ways to cope & a safe space to process together.

I often use play therapy and art therapy with my clients. Play therapy is more than playing with toys, like sand tray, sensory objects, building, deconstruction, and so much more! The brain is wired to play as a form of stress relief and learning, so why not use it! Art therapy can involve painting, drawing, clay, even unusual mediums like mud and rocks. I like to be creative to help clients.
