I’m an LPC-Associate, supervised by Kelbi Callaway, LPC-S. I believe no one should have to face life's hardest moments alone. As an LPC-Associate, with a decade of experience as a registered nurse as my first career, I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect to each client's unique story. I work with adults experiencing medical trauma and chronic illness, caregiver burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, and other life challenges. Additionally, I have a strong passion for group therapy as I believe healing happens in and through relationships with others.

My approach is rooted in existential therapy and informed by attachment theory, recognizing that our earliest relationships often shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world. Together, we'll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, cultivate self-compassion, and create a safe, authentic space for healing, growth and meaning.
