Hi, I'm Rachel! I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD. I take a direct, compassionate approach and use humor when appropriate. I'm here to help you learn new skills and get unstuck through evidence based treatments. I strive to provide a supportive space in which you can feel comfortable. You don’t have to pretend everything’s fine here, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

We will collaborate to create a treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques (CBT, ACT, ERP, I-CBT). My background includes working in PHP/IOP programs and outpatient settings for people experiencing Anxiety, OCD. and eating disorders.
