There are so many expectations and pressures surrounding adolescents and young adults, therefore I specialize in issues of masculinity, sexual trauma/experiences, self-esteem, and women's issues.
I see children, adolescents, and young adults and support them also in issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and family challenges. I utilize an integrative, individualized approach to walk alongside each client to help them see their own humanity, courage, strength, and value. I always say my goal is not just to help you survive, but to thrive!
