Hi! I'm the owner and Clinical Director of Olive Branch Counseling, a group practice in Tucson. We specialize in helping people who are neurodivergent and appear high-functioning on the surface but are experiencing burnout from masking, people pleasing and difficulty with boundaries, and just trying to do it all. Our team of therapists focuses on forming an authentic connection through humor, warmth, and sharing in the neurodivergent experience ourselves . Whether you come to our Tucson office near Ina and Oracle, our East office near Civano, or want to hop on a video call from home, we're ready to support you or your loved one!
We’re passionate about helping all ages and stages, working with ages 3+ through adulthood. We provide individual, couples and family therapy and now have an Occupational Therapist on our team! We love supporting neurodivergent relationships, identity, self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism, and navigating neurodivergence in general (primarily ADHD/Autism).
We’re here to support with a grounded experience where you can be completely yourself and build life long changes.
