I most often focus on issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment/life transitions, relationship problems, trauma and abuse, self-esteem and body image.
I aim to address feelings of distress and help individuals come to a deeper understanding of factors that contribute to a sense of well-being. I utilize a variety of techniques, such as EMDR, psychdynamic/relational techniques, and mindfulness to help people live fuller and happier lives.
