My training includes EMDR trauma treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and substance abuse counseling.
