I work with various individuals, including those who struggle with low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, OCD/perfectionism, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and complex trauma. In therapy, some things we do include processing emotions, helping you understand yourself and your reactions, and finding new ways of coping.
I specialize in working with wives who are facing the impact of suddenly finding out about their husbands’ sexual addiction or use of pornography. Additionally, I help couples who desire deeper communication and intimacy. I mostly work with adult individuals and couples, but I also work with adolescents. I am excited to help you on your healing journey.
