My professional life began first as a physical therapist followed by an extensive career as a top leader in a large health and wellness direct sales company. I’ve walked the journey of publishing a book and speaking publicly, and I’m currently a high school volleyball coach. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a certified Professional Life Coach and Biblical Counselor. I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mid America Christian University.
I’ve experienced many blessings as well as trials in marriage, parenting, and caring for aging parents. I believe we're all designed for a life filled with meaningful, healthy relationships, positive mental attitude, and emotional stability.
