I am here to help clients who are seeking a safe, supportive space to be understood, process emotions, and build coping skills. Gulf Wind Counseling provides high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults regardless of socio-economic background. We develop treatment strategies based on the specific needs of clients using evidence-based therapy including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. We can help with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, psychosis, grief, and substance misuse

My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and connected, especially as a parent. I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) that helps people develop stronger parenting dynamics as well as relieve parenting stress, anxiety and depression. I also utilize CBT, Trauma-focused and Mindfulness-based methods in my practice.

Creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you feel at ease is incredibly important to me.
