Rachel is new to the field as a mental health clinician however her experience and natural ability to connect with her clients goes far beyond her "official" job title. Rachel enjoys working with motivated clients that really want to affect change in their lives. She is a problem solver and enjoys helping her clients attend to their own needs, develop somatic awareness and create insight into the effect of their lived experience onto who they have become and possibly who they are becoming. Rachel is engaging during her sessions and her clients leave their sessions with hope and steps toward a solution.
Rachel helps her clients create intentions. This type of mindfulness creates a level of dual awareness for the client. We are often operating from "old programming". It is helpful to develop insight into how a present mindset can empower change. Rachel offers affordable mental health counseling as she continues to learn as grow as a clinician.
Rachel has flexible hours Thursdays through Sunday with morning, afternoon and evening hours. She is directly supervised by Dr. Marci Martel, LCMHC - Clinical Director of Northeast Counseling and Coaching, Inc. In person and telehealth options are available. NH location ONLY. Rachel is recently EMDR - Part I trained.
