It can feel overwhelming trying to keep up with the pace of life when we are struggling. What I love most about therapy is that it offers a break from the expectations and demands of the world-a space to breathe and reconnect to yourself. I work regularly with anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, OCD, depression, and other related struggles.
