Many of my clients have experienced trauma and significant life stressors, which often coincide with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. It's my hope that my office will be an emotionally safe space for you to heal old wounds, learn new skills, and build confidence in navigating life outside of the therapy space.
My practice orientation is person-centered and eclectic. This means that together we craft a unique approach that fits your journey. I am formally trained in multiple evidenced-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR. I am an IFS-informed therapist.
