Kids: I use Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), an evidence-based approach that honors a child’s natural way of expressing themselves through play. I partner with parents to sustain change beyond the playroom. I'm also an AutPlay Therapy Certified Provider.
Teens: I am down-to-earth & person-centered. I understand their need for autonomy & vulnerability, creating a safe space to simply be.
Young Adults: I specialize in life transitions. We don't have it all "figured out" when we reach adulthood & I create space for you to explore what you really want.
I prioritize meeting every client exactly where they are to establish safety and trust that will set the tone for a strong therapeutic relationship.
