I believe in helping clients learn about themselves, and in doing so, learn about healthier alternatives to help them achieve the balance, wellness, and happiness they are looking for. Many people turn to unhealthy coping skills during difficult times in their lives, and I want to help them break free from these maladaptive patterns and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I am passionate about helping people achieve both physical and emotional wellness, which is why I have additional education and training in the area of nutrition and eating disorders. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and I also have an Associates Degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Management.
I believe in a holistic, client centered approach to therapy. I consider my approach to be eclectic and draw on several techniques to help clients towards their goals in a way that is gentle and compassionate.
