My greatest hope as a counselor is to provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I view my clients ultimately as their own expert in their lives and see my role as working alongside you to help you name and undercover any roadblocks that might be keeping you from living the fuller life you want to live. I strongly believe that we all need help from time as to time as people in this world and consider it an honor to be a part of walking alongside you in the counseling profession.
I currently work with persons who identify as women ages 18 and older who are seeking greater well-being and fullness in their lives. The issues I specialize in on are: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship dysfunction, and family of origin issues. Clients I see typically are experiencing one or more of such issues.
If you resonate with any of the areas I specialize in or are seeking to better understand the challenges you face, and are finding yourself needing extra support beyond just the relationships in your life... I want to invite you to reach out and give me call. I know this step can be daunting, but remember you are taking the right next step in your journey!
