I currently work with adult women ages 18+ up who are struggling with difficulties in their life related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, life transitions, grief/loss, family of origin issues, bipolar disorder, OCD, postpartum depression issues and more. I hold the belief that you as my client are the ultimately the true expert and my role to help you uncover any roadblocks that might be standing in the way of you living richer and more empowered life!

I primarily approach therapy from a Person-Centered perspective, honoring each client as the expert of their own life. I integrate CBT and Narrative Therapy, as I believe our thoughts and the stories we carry shape how we feel, relate + grow. Shifting these patterns can lead to meaningful change. I draw from other approaches, tailoring it to each individual.

My greatest hope a counselor is to offer you a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard.
