I work closely with individuals, couples and families to understand, process and heal from traumatic wounds of the past, relational struggles, sexual health, safety and exploration within the lives of my clients. I am dedicated to aiding my clients in healing, growing and cultivating change while in a collaborative environment. I have a passion for connecting with and supporting victims of sexual violence, looking to reconnect to personal intimacy, intimate relationships, and sexual safety for all communities.
Making the decision to seek the support of a therapist is a very personal process and often occurs when one wants to change aspects of their life. I work collaboratively with clients to build a trusting and compassionate therapeutic alliance while ensuring an educational and empowering counseling experience.
If you feel like we would be a good fit, please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation. Here we can discuss more of what you are looking for and how I can best assist in your healing journey. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
