I assist families, particularly those with young children, tackle parenting hurdles, school-related issues, understanding emotions, and the pressures of parenthood.
I support individuals in navigating anxiety, stress, identity, and relationships while creating space to process change, build self-esteem, explore purpose, and foster emotional growth and connection.
