While having experience working with many different subject matters, I especially enjoy working with women's issues and career-oriented individuals as they explore ways to balance all of life's demands. Often times, I see clients who are frustrated and feel "stuck" by their current circumstances and relationships. Together, we will focus on determining the root of these frustrations and solutions to getting "unstuck."
I strive to bring hope and empowerment to my clients as they sort through life’s challenges and joys, relationships, spirituality, identity, and personal beliefs. Through collaboration with the client, I focus on solution finding and building skills and express relational and professional needs, with the hope of increasing self confidence along the way.
