I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorders, behavioral disorders, and life transitions. I have experience working with adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues in a residential treatment setting, adults in a short-term inpatient setting, and clients of all ages in private practice and intensive outpatient programs. This provides me with a unique understanding of potential problems and effective solutions. I work with clients (and their parents) to help develop problem-solving skills, coping tools, communication skills, and emotional resilience.
I use evidence-based techniques specific to your concerns. Therapy is not one-size fits all! I believe that, with help, clients can learn to effectively manage current and future life challenges. In conjunction with a licensed physician, I now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, which combines medication and talk therapy for more effective results.
I provide a supportive environment focused on the client. I want to help you and/or your child identify specific problems and build a plan to recovery. If working with a non-judgmental person that has your best interests at heart appeals to you, please reach out to me and we can start on the path to a healthier you.
