I am excited to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Journey Clinical as well as mental health evaluations for people in need of letters of support for gender affirming surgery. I have over 20 years of experience in the Social Work field and more than a decade at Planned Parenthood. It's been my privilege to work with people across the spectrum of age, gender/sexuality and cultural experience. My commitment to reproductive justice inspires me to be a proud Pro-Choice Therapist. My practice integrates years of experience while never losing sight of Social Work's most basic tenet, "meeting clients where they are."
I have training in trauma-informed, evidenced-based treatments and have completed courses in Addictions, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma, DBT, Self Injury, Crisis Intervention and Trans/GNC Healthcare. I promise to guide you with care along your path using a combination of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and a trauma-informed approach.
Our work together will be grounded in the core values of equity, inclusivity, bodily autonomy, accessibility and cultural sensitivity. I have witnessed and experienced how Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can change negative thought patterns, shift perspectives, and accelerate therapy. All it requires is your openness and trust to get there.
