I have a passion for working with those who feel lost, stressed, or weighed down by anxiety. I love exploring meaning behind both the big and small moments in life, and discovering how my clients can use that meaning to propel themselves forward. I use my knowledge of psychology and neuroscience to help clients understand the source of their anxiety and stress, and my background in religious studies for clients who want to be propelled by their spirituality. My goal is for my clients to walk away with a better understanding of where they feelings come from, and how to reign them in.

I work with clients to find the specific sources of their behaviors, both in their brain and through their history. I employ mindfulness techniques as one method to control feelings of anxiety and worry, while encouraging exploration that empowers my clients. I help clients see the positive and realize their power and control.

Everyone goes through stages of confusion, hurt, and worry. Most will feel lost at times. Some will feel like everything they are trying is not working.
